During onboarding, we set up your secure client portal, collect necessary documentation through our questionnaire, and establish your QuickBooks Online account with connected bank feeds.

After collecting your one-time onboarding fee, we dive into delivering your customized bookkeeping services, whether that's cleaning up existing books, catching up months of transactions, or establishing ongoing monthly maintenance. 

We don’t prepare tax returns, but our bookkeeping services make your financial records accurate, organized, and completely tax-ready for when you need to file. We’ll categorize transactions properly throughout the year, track deductible expenses, and provide you with clean financial reports that’ll make tax preparation  less expensive and potentially save you on taxes, too.
